MOM
DAD
by:  Lori Ungacta
Who can cheer you up
when you're feeling down,
Who can make you smile
when you start to frown...

Who can you go to
for some advice,
Who will give you the truth
and wont tell you any lies...

Who was there through
thick and thin,
From the good to bad to her,
you could make no sin...

When you fell ill with a cold
took care of you is what she did,
When trouble came upon your door, from dad is what she always hid...

She lends her ear
when you want to talk,
Then gives you a hug as
you go outside for a walk...

Take a wild guess
it might be hard for some,
But she answers to the name of

"MOM"...

You might sometimes find him
watching football with the guys,
Or he might just be outside
grilling ribs, burgers, and fries...

He works all day
without a fuss,
And when he ain't to happy
he surely is to cuss...

He may not show his feelings
or understand most of what you say,
But just being around him
will brighten up any day...

When things seem not to go right
and it leaves you feeling sad,
He is there for you to count on
because he is your

"DAD"...
