Welcome to the Chamorro Association of Central Texas (CACT) website. The CACT is a non-profit organization located in Killeen, Texas and has members ranging from Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma, California, and other local areas.

To help each Member reach his or her full potential by providing a positive environment that;

Fosters academic, emotional, and social growth.
This environment is created when trust, respect, and acceptance are values shared by CATC staff, Members, and the local community.
Such an environment both reflects and engenders the values of trust and respect while honoring cultural and philosophical diversity.

CACT believes in providing a rainbow of equal opportunities through collaborative efforts toward a holistic development for ALL Members to become lifelong learners in the real world.

Establish harmonious relationship through social activities.
Organize social functions for all ages.
Promote social welfare in support of our members.
Establish a welcome assistance to all newcomers to the Central Texas area.
Promote the "Chamorro Image" in the greater Central Texas area, by participating in cultural and civic affairs.
Enrich our way of life to our community.
Support families that are mourning or grievances.
Enhance our culture through youth activities, sports, dance, music and academic fields.
Promote sports activities within the community.
Provide support to senior citizens and handicap children so they may participate in community activities and social functions.
Provide assistance to other charitable organizations.
Provide scholarship assistance to all youths regardless of race, creed, or religion.
